1. An antireflective film comprising:

  • a transparent substrate;

    a conductive layer formed from a composition including a transparent conductive polymeric material and a compound forming a cross-linking site, the compound forming a cross-linking site having a plurality of cross-linking reactive groups, at least one of which cross-links with the transparent conductive polymeric material; and

    a low refractive index layer,wherein the transparent conductive polymeric material is a complex of a π

    -conjugated conductive polymer and a polymer dopant,wherein the compound forming a cross-linking site is a compound having a first group capable of cross-linking with the polymer dopant and a second group having an ethylenically unsaturated double bond;

    wherein the first group is a glycidyl group, an oxetane group, or an isocyanate group;

    wherein the polymer dopant is a polyanionic polymer that has anionic groups in a molecule which enable chemically oxidative doping of the conductive polymer by the polymer dopant; and

    wherein the amount of the cross-linking site-forming compound is from 0.05 to 1.0 g/m2 and the surface resistance of the conductive layer is from 104 to 1011 Ω
