- an attendance controller module configured to receive, store and display attendance information for an entity, wherein the attendance information includes start times, end times, tardiness and absences;
a unique personnel identification card device configured to receive, store and transmit unique identification information for individual personnel associated with the entity;
at least one card scanner device corresponding to at least one entity location, the at least one card scanner device being configured to scan the unique personnel identification card device and thereby transmit unique identification information and location information for each of said individual personnel associated with the entity;
a table rotation module configured to receive, store and display table rotation information;
at least one touch screen device configured to receive and display information for a casino table;
a player cage module configured to manage financial transactions between the player and entity, including cash transactions for each player, the player cage module including a cashier interface that has information regarding all transactions performed by a cashier during a time period,a section view module configured to receive, store and display and transmit the dealer schedule information, dealer status information, table rotation information, table status information, game limit information, and dealer game information for each casino table according to predefined casino sections and for each down period;
wherein the section view module is further configured to receive manual input of dealer schedule information;
a multi transaction log module configured to store multiple transactions for an individual player and to merge transactions for each said individual player, the multi transaction log being further configured to identify unknown players based on at least one image received of each unknown player,wherein the multi transaction log is further configured to track total transactions for known and unknown players and determine when transactions for each said individual player exceed a reportable threshold total for a predetermined period;
wherein the multi transaction log module includes a tax reporting module, said tax reporting module being configured to generate a report, for transmission to a taxing authority, when said transactions for each said individual player exceed a reportable threshold total for a predetermined period.

Abstract
A system, computer program and computer-based method for managing casino operations. The system provides for employee management and information storage and retrieval for a significant number of casino operations. The system includes an attendance controller that receives, stores and displays attendance information for casino personnel. Casino personnel are issued cards that uniquely identify them and monitor them in the fulfillment of their roles. Players may also receive these types of cards, which can be used to record their casino activity and reward them for playing. The system provides for managing financial transactions between the player and entity. Touch screen devices, resident at casino tables, may be used to request and manage the table.

7. A computer-based method for casino operations management, comprising the steps of:

receiving and storing attendance information for personnel in one or more entities, wherein the attendance information includes start times and end times; receiving and storing scanned information from a unique personnel identification card device, wherein the card device includes unique identification information for each individual in a casino entity; responsive to the step of receiving and storing scanned information, displaying additional attendance information for the individual in an entity, including tardiness; and receiving, storing, transmitting and displaying table rotation information; receiving, storing and displaying information for a casino table at a touch screen device; managing financial transactions between the player and the entity; receiving manual input of dealer schedule information; receiving, storing, displaying and transmitting the dealer schedule information, dealer status information, table rotation information, table status information, game limit information, and dealer game information for each casino table according to predefined casino sections and for each down period; storing and merging multiple transactions for an individual player; based on at least one received image for each unknown player, identifying unknown players; tracking total transactions for known and unknown players; determining when transactions for each said individual player exceed a reportable threshold total for a predetermined period; and generating a report for transmission to a taxing authority when said transactions for an individual player exceed a reportable threshold total for a predetermined period. - View Dependent Claims (8, 13, 14, 16)
