- a wedge base having an upper surface; and
at least one wedge grate movable relative to said wedge base between a first position and a second position, wherein in said first position of said wedge base substantially all of said wedge grate is located below said upper surface of said wedge base, and wherein in said second position at least part of said wedge grate is positioned above said upper surface of said wedge base.
