1. A computer-implemented method for acquiring an Internet user'"'"'s consent to be geographically located, while the user is using a mobile voice device to communicate with a web site, comprising the steps of:

  • (a) receiving, via the web site, secret information from the user, while communication between the user'"'"'s mobile voice device and the web site is over the Internet via WiFi;

    (b) checking whether the secret information matches information associated with the user in a database;

    (c) when the secret information matches the information in the database, asking the user to release the user'"'"'s mobile voice device geographical location to the web site, via software installed on the mobile voice device;

    (d) in response to the user consent to release of the mobile voice device geographical location, receiving via the web site a first geographical location from said software, wherein the first geographical location is identified via WiFi, and wherein the user releases said geographical location via said software; and

    (e) using at least the response received via the software as the user'"'"'s consent to request a second geographical location of the user'"'"'s mobile voice device, wherein the second geographical location is provided by a mobile phone carrier, without requesting a second consent from the user.
