1. A multiple-pane insulating glazing unit comprising an exterior pane having opposed first and second major surfaces, the multiple-pane insulating glazing unit further including an interior pane, the multiple-pane insulating glazing unit having at least one between-pane space, the exterior pane having an internal surface bearing a low-emissivity coating, the low-emissivity coating being exposed to a between-pane space of the multiple-pane insulating glazing unit, the interior pane having an external surface bearing an emission control coating comprising a transparent conductive film comprising indium tin oxide and having a thickness of between 1,100 angstroms and 1,500 angstroms over which there is an oxygen barrier film comprising silicon nitride or silicon oxynitride and having a thickness of between 400 angstroms and 750 angstroms, wherein the oxygen barrier film comprising silicon nitride or silicon oxynitride is exposed and configured to be positioned to face an environment inside a building, the emission control coating having a sheet resistance of less than 20 ohms/square, an emissivity of less than 0.25, a haze of less than 0.3, and a roughness Ra of less than 3 nm, said coated interior pane having a monolithic visible transmission of greater than 75%, the multiple-pane insulating glazing unit having a U value of less than 0.3.
