1. A printable surface layer, comprisingto 98% by weight of an aliphatic polyester based polyurethane;
- 2 to 90% by weight of an ethylenically unsaturated compound, andfurther comprising a crosslinker,wherein said aliphatic polyester based polyurethane is not a polyurethane acrylate, andwherein said ethylenically unsaturated compound is miscible with said aliphatic polyester based polyurethane in an aqueous phase in a wet stage during production of said printable surface layer such that said ethylenically unsaturated compound acts as a plasticiser for said surface layer, and wherein said printable surface layer does not contain an additional polymerization photoinitiator.
