1. An optically clear laminate comprising:

  • a first substrate having at least one major surface;

    a second substrate having at least one major surface; and

    a cloud point-resistant, optically clear adhesive composition situated between and in contact with at least one major surface of the first substrate and at least one major surface of the second substrate, wherein the adhesive composition is derived from a precursor composition comprising;

    from about 60 to about 95 parts by weight of an alkyl acrylate having 1 to 14 carbon atoms in the alkyl group;

    from about 5 to about 50 parts by weight of a hydroxyl-containing monomer that has an OH equivalent weight of less than 400;

    wherein at an adhesive composition thickness of about 175 μ

    m, the laminate has a haze value of less than about 5% and an average transmission between 450 nanometers and 650 nanometers of greater than about 85% and the adhesive composition does not separate into an adhesive phase and a water phase after the laminate is placed in an environment of at least 70°

    C. and 90% relative humidity for 72 hours, cooled to room temperature, and measured.
