1. A computer-implemented method, comprising:

  • programming at least one computer system to perform at least the steps of;

    receiving, by a computer system, from at least one first seller, first seller information for at least one first item that the at least one first seller offers to sell;

    determining, by the computer system, from the seller information at least the following conditions for the at least one first item;

    i) a plurality of first identifying characteristics that specifically describe the at least one first item and specifically identify the at least one first seller;

    ii) a first Minimum Acceptable Price (a first MAP) that the at least one first seller is willing to accept and a first Minimum Acceptable Price Range (a first MAPR) within which the at least one first seller desires to receive at least one first offer to buy the at least one first item, andiii) a first Maximum Allowable Number of Negotiating Chances (a first MANBCs) per each buyer;

    displaying, by the computer system, to at least one first potential buyer, on a screen of a computer device, the plurality of first identifying characteristics of the at least one first item and at least one of;

    i) at least one first option to enter a first monetary amount that the at least one first potential buyer agrees to pay for the at least one first item, orii) at least one second option to select a first range of monetary amounts that the at least one first potential buyer agrees to pay for the at least one first item;

    receiving, by the computer system, from the at least one first potential buyer, at least one first buyer offer for the at least one first item;

    consummating, by the computer system, at least one first sale transaction when;

    i) the first monetary amount or the first range of monetary amounts of the at least one first buyer offer for the at least one first item respectively matches the first MAP or the first MAPR, andii) the at least one first potential buyer has not previously submitted at least one other offer for the at least one first item so that a total number of offers made by the at least one first potential buyer is equal or less than the first MANBCs, wherein the total number of offers made by the at least one first potential buyer is a count of the at least one first buyer offer and the at least one other offer that the at least one first potential buyer submitted for the at lest one first item; and

    enabling, by the computer system, the at least one first potential buyer to submit at least one second buyer offer for the at least one first item when;

    i) the monetary amount or range of monetary amounts of the at least one first buyer offer for the at least one first item do not respectively match the first MAP or the first MAPR, andii) the at least one first potential buyer has not previously submitted the at least one other offer for the at least one first item so that the total number of offers made by the at least one first potential buyer is equal or less than the first MANBCs, wherein the total number of offers made by the at least one first potential buyer is a count of the at least one first buyer offer and the at least one other offer that the at least one first potential buyer submitted for the at least one first item.
