1. A method performed by one or more computers, the method comprising:
- identifying a plurality of hub pages that each include at least a threshold number of hyperlinks to online content;
determining, for each of at least two of the hyperlinks and by one or more computers, a respective reference position score based on relative presentation positions of the hyperlinks in the hub pages, the relative presentation position of each hyperlink in a hub page being a location in the hub page at which the hyperlink is presented relative to locations in the hub page at which different hyperlinks to different online content are presented;
deriving, by one or more computers, scores for online content to which the hyperlinks link, the score for a particular portion of online content being derived using the respective reference position scores for the hyperlinks to the particular portion of online content; and
providing data representing the scores.
