1. A method comprising:

  • in a wireless terminal of a first party participating in a telephone call, storing, as a consequence of the telephone call, identifier data that identifies a second party participating in the telephone call;

    using the stored identifier data to determine automatically a destination address for a data message;

    in response to receiving, during the telephone call, a selection by the first party to send the data message, controlling, during the telephone call, a display to display a plurality of delivery mechanisms for a transfer of the data message from the wireless terminal of the first party to a wireless terminal of the second party, wherein said plurality of delivery mechanisms is selected in dependence of a type of said destination address, and in dependence of which application the selection to send the data message is made from;

    in response to receiving a selection by the first party of one of the plurality of delivery mechanisms displayed, and without a destination address input by the first party, controlling the wireless terminal of the first party to send, during the telephone call, the data message to the automatically determined destination address, wherein said wireless terminal of the first party is controlled to send said data message out-of-band relative to the telephone call using the selected delivery mechanism.
