1. A method comprising:
- storing, in a memory element for at least one specially-programmed general purpose computer;
an incentive previously offered to a holder of an account, anda transaction history for the account with respect to a business entity, the account being associated with a holder of the account,wherein the transaction history includesa transaction between the business entity and the holder of the account;
determining, using a processor in the at least one specially-programmed general purpose computer, a metric;
generating, using the processor and based on the transaction history and the metric, a proposed transaction between the holder of the account and the business entity;
generating an incentive, using the processor, based on an artificial intelligence program (AIP), the transaction history, and the metric; and
transmitting, by the at least one specially-programmed general purpose computer to a wireless communications device (WCD) associated with the holder of the account, the proposed transaction and the incentive for presentation to the holder of the account.

11. A system comprising:
-
a processor; an interface element in communication with the processor; and a computer-readable memory storing an artificial intelligence program (AIP) and instructions configured so that when executed by the processor the instructions direct the processor to perform a method, the method comprising; storing, in the computer-readable memory; an incentive previously offered to a holder of an account, and a transaction history for the account with respect to a business entity, the account being associated with a holder of the account, wherein the transaction history includes a transaction between the business entity and the holder of the account; determining a metric; generating a proposed transaction between the holder of the account and the business entity; generating an incentive, based on the artificial intelligence program (AIP), the transaction history, and the metric; and transmitting, to a wireless communications device (WCD) associated with the holder of the account, the proposed transaction and the incentive for presentation to the holder of the account. - View Dependent Claims (12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20)
