1. A method for:
- filtering a first bit rate signal by a first transmit filter and modulating by a modulator said first bit rate filtered signal into a Quadrature Amplitude Modulated (QAM) Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) signal;
processing, cross-correlating and filtering a second bit rate signal by a Time Constrained Signal (TCS) response processor, a cross-correlator and a second transmit filter into a processed, cross-correlated, filtered in-phase and quadrature-phase signal and modulating by said modulator said second bit rate processed, cross-correlated and filtered signal into a modulated Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) signal, said second bit rate is different from said first bit rate;
nonlinearly amplifying said modulated TDMA signal and for providing said TDMA amplified signal to a first transmitter for transmission of said TDMA amplified signal;
linearly amplifying said modulated CDMA signal and for providing said amplified CDMA signal to a second transmitter for transmission of said linearly amplified CDMA modulated signal, wherein said second transmitter is operated in a different Radio Frequency (RF) band than said first transmitter; and
receiving and demodulating by a receive antenna and a demodulator a transmitted modulated TDMA and a transmitted modulated CDMA signal.

A method for nonlinearly and linearly amplifying TDMA and CDMA signals. A diversity receiver and demodulator method for receiving and demodulating transmitted modulated signals. Processing, transmit baseband filtering and modulating signals for providing cross-correlated in-phase and quadrature-phase Gaussian filtered Gaussian Minimum Shift Keying (GMSK) and other cross-correlated modulated signals and spread spectrum Quadrature Phase Shift Keying (QPSK) modulated signals.
