a composite carbon nanotube film structure, located on a surface of the detecting end, wherein the composite carbon nanotube film structure comprises a carbon nanotube film structure, a metallic film, and a transition layer sandwiched between the carbon nanotube film structure and the metallic film, the carbon nanotube film structure comprises a plurality of carbon nanotubes joined by van der Waals attractive force therebetween;
wherein the optical fiber probe is configured to detect Raman signals.

an optical fiber probe comprising an optical fiber, and a composite carbon nanotube film adhered to a detecting end of the optical fiber just by van der Waals attractive force; a projecting module configured to project a beam of light to the composite carbon nanotube film; and a receiving module configured to collect the beam of light that is scattered by the composite carbon nanotube film; wherein the composite carbon nanotube film comprises a carbon nanotube film structure, a metallic film and transition layer sandwiched between the carbon nanotube film structure and the metallic film. - View Dependent Claims (13, 14)
