1. An implant delivery system configured to deliver an inflatable implant into a bladder via a urethra, the delivery system comprising:
- an elongate tubular body sized to pass through a urethra into a bladder, the tubular body comprising;
a central lumen configured to hold an inflatable implant in an initial un-inflated state for delivery of the implant into the bladder;
an atraumatic tip at a distal most end; and
a lateral opening in a sidewall of the elongate tubular body, the lateral opening positioned proximally from the atraumatic tip and operable to deliver the inflatable implant laterally from the central lumen and into the bladder away from a wall of the bladder;
an inflation tube positioned within the central lumen of the tubular body, the inflation tube configured to couple with the inflatable implant to allow inflation of the inflatable implant from within the tubular body; and
an implant decoupler positioned within the central lumen of the tubular body around the inflation tube, the implant decoupler configured to decouple the inflatable implant from the inflation tube after inflation of the inflatable implant from the un-inflated state to an inflated state.

Abstract
An implant delivery system can be configured to deliver an inflatable implant into a bladder via a urethra. The delivery system can comprise an elongate tubular body, an inflation tube and an implant decoupler. The tubular body can comprise a central lumen configured to hold an inflatable implant in an initial un-inflated state for delivery of the implant into the bladder. A method of use can include passing a distal tip of the elongate tubular body into the bladder. The implant can be inflated and released into the bladder.

inserting an elongate tubular body of a delivery device within a urethra, the elongate tubular body comprising a central lumen holding an inflatable implant in an initial un-inflated state for delivery of the implant into a bladder; passing a distal tip of the elongate tubular body into the bladder; inflating the implant while it is positioned in the central lumen, inflating the implant causes the implant to expand outward from the central lumen and into the bladder; disengaging the inflatable implant within the bladder from said delivery device; and removing the delivery device from the bladder. - View Dependent Claims (15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23)

inserting an elongate tubular body of a delivery device within a urethra, the elongate tubular body comprising a central lumen holding an inflatable implant in an initial un-inflated state for delivery of the implant into a bladder; passing a distal tip of the elongate tubular body into the bladder; inflating the implant and thereby advancing the implant from within the central lumen to outside of the central lumen and into the bladder, wherein inflating the implant comprises injecting a gas into the implant after injecting a liquid; disengaging the inflatable implant within the bladder from said delivery device; and removing the delivery device from the bladder. - View Dependent Claims (25)

an elongate tubular body sized to pass through a urethra into a bladder, the tubular body extending along a longitudinal axis and comprising; a central lumen configured to hold an inflatable implant in an initial un-inflated state for delivery of the implant into the bladder; and a lateral opening operable to deliver the inflatable implant out of a side of the central lumen substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis and into the bladder away from a wall of the bladder; an inflation tube positioned within the central lumen of the tubular body, the inflation tube configured to couple with the inflatable implant to allow inflation of the inflatable implant from within the tubular body; and an implant decoupler positioned within the central lumen of the tubular body around the inflation tube, the implant decoupler configured to decouple the inflatable implant from the inflation tube after inflation of the inflatable implant from the un-inflated state to an inflated state. - View Dependent Claims (27)
