1. A chromatography quantitative measuring method for a chromatography test strip, the chromatography test strip including an application part where a blood sample is applied, a marker reagent hold part which holds a marker reagent that can be eluted by development of the blood sample, a base part where a specific binding reaction is caused between the marker reagent and an analysis target included in the blood sample, and a detection part where a bounded material of the marker reagent and the analysis target is immobilized, said method comprising:

  • applying an optical beam emitted from a light source to the base part of the chromatography test strip, detecting an optical signal utilizing transmitted light or reflected light from the base part of the chromatography test strip, determining whether the blood sample is a plasma sample or a whole blood sample from the optical signal detected from the base part on the chromatography test strip where the blood sample is applied and development is completed, selecting a calibration curve that conforms to the blood sample determined, andmeasuring the concentration of the analysis target by using the selected calibration curve corresponding to the determined kind of the blood sample.
