14. A method of operating a communication signaling processor, the method comprising:
-
receiving a signaling message for a voice call to a called party; processing the signaling message to transfer a query to a database that is updated when the called party changes locations; receiving a response from the database; processing the response to select an identifier for packet headers of a packetized voice communication to route the voice call to the called party; transferring an Internet Protocol message indicating the selected identifier; receiving another signaling message indicating that the called party is busy; and processing the other signaling message to select another identifier for the packet headers of the packetized voice communication to route the voice call to a voice messaging platform. - View Dependent Claims (15, 16, 17, 18, 19)
