1. A computer program product embodied in a non-transitory computer readable medium that, when executing on one or more computers, performs the steps of:
- receiving travel time information pertaining to a route based on a plurality of cell phone locations, wherein the travel time information is associated with at least one parameter relating to the travel time;
estimating a typical travel time of the route based at least in part on the received travel time information;
storing the typical travel time in a database;
receiving a roadway presentation request from a user;
presenting the roadway presentation in response to the user request, wherein the presentation includes retrieving the typical travel time of the route and presenting the typical travel time for the route;
selecting an advertisement that is relevant to the user based at least in part on the roadway presentation request, information relating to the user'"'"'s identity, and information relating to a personal identification number that is associated with a client device from with the user sends the request; and
presenting the relevant advertisement to a mobile communication facility.
