1. An intellectual property (IP) marketplace system, comprising:

  • an IP marketplace processor,a tangible, non-transitory memory configured to communicate with the processor,the tangible, non-transitory memory having instructions stored thereon that, in response to execution by the processor, cause the processor to perform operations comprising;

    receiving, by the processor, a first promotion setup request;

    parsing, by the processor, the request into a plurality of first promotion parameters;

    associating, by the processor and based upon at least one of the request or the first promotion parameters, a first channel with the request;

    saving, by the processor to the memory and based upon the associating, a first promotion comprising the first promotion parameters;

    determining, by the processor, a first population comprising a plurality of system entities that comply with first promotion criteria, wherein the first promotion parameters comprise the first promotion criteria; and

    offering, by the processor and based on a status of a negotiation between a licensee and a licensor for an IP asset licensing transaction, the first promotion to the first population.
