1. A remote health monitoring system, comprising:
- at least two data transmitting and receiving devices, each data transmitting and receiving device of said at least two data transmitting and receiving devices includes a global positioning system receiver, said global positioning system receiver determines a geographic location of said device, each data transmitting and receiving device transmits said geographic location of said device, each data transmitting and receiving device being associated with a single patient and includes at least one actuator for data input for responding to a health related information query, each data transmitting and receiving device providing patient availability, and each data transmitting and receiving device requesting a healthcare service; and
a server, said server communicates with each data transmitting and receiving device over a communication network, said server stores health related information for a plurality of patients, the server receives said geographic location of each data transmitting and receiving device, the server generates a visitation schedule of a healthcare provider based upon the health related information of each patient of said plurality of patients, said geographic location of each device, patient availability of each patient, a risk stratification of each patient, and any requests for healthcare service, the server further tracking patient compliance with a treatment program by comparing received geographic location data of a particular device with predetermined healthcare service location data.
