1. A method of treating disease in an eye, comprising:

  • introducing an ophthalmic implant into the anterior chamber of the eye, wherein the ophthalmic implant comprises an internal lumen through which aqueous humor can flow and wherein the ophthalmic implant is introduced into the anterior chamber in its entirety;

    forming a passageway between the anterior chamber of the eye and the suprachoroidal space of the eye;

    positioning the ophthalmic implant in the passageway between the anterior chamber and the suprachoroidal space such that the internal lumen of the ophthalmic implant provides fluid communication between the anterior chamber and the suprachoroidal space; and

    delivering a substance and the ophthalmic implant into the eye through a common opening in the eye.
