- a message generation device configured to generate, in response to detecting one or more first communication terminals are ready for communication, at least one message signaling that the one or more first communication terminals are ready to join a telecommunication conference and to receive communication data stored in a second communication terminal;
a transmission device configured to send the at least one message to the second communication terminal;
a reception device configured to receive a bit stream of communication data stored in the second communication terminal; and
a conversion device configured to convert the bit stream of communication data into time-compressed data, wherein the time-compressed data comprises a data sequence of the communication data accelerated in time in comparison to the communication data.

Following receipt of the message, a transmission device configured to operate in a first mode, in which it sends data at a first data rate, and in a second mode, in which it sends data at a second data rate, which is higher than the first data rate, is used to send the communication data in the second mode.
