1. A computer-implemented method of locating the geographical location of an Internet router IP Address using the geographical location of a wireless communication device of an Internet user;
- while said wireless communication device is in communication with a web site via said router;
the method comprising the computer-implemented steps of;
a) while said wireless communication device is accessing said web site via said router, obtaining said router'"'"'s IP address and a geographical location of said router IP address;
b) requesting and receiving the geographical location of the wireless communication device; and
c) if the distance between the geographical location of the router IP address and the geographical location of the wireless communication device is more than predetermined value, authenticating the Internet user'"'"'s identity with the Internet user, and if the authentication is successful, locating said router'"'"'s IP address at the geographical location of said wireless communication device.

Abstract
The invention provides a method and system for determining the geographical location of an Internet router, or of an IP address associated with the router. The method obtains the geographical location of a wireless communication device, while it is in communication with a web site via a router, and assigns that location to the router.
