1. A system, comprising:

  • a multifunction mobile phone comprising one or more processors, a touch screen display, a keyboard, memory, a wireless transmit and receive unit,wherein the multifunction mobile phone is capable of voice and audio functions,wherein a portion of the touch screen display is configured to accept a signature,wherein the signature is entered by physical touch with the touch screen display,wherein the touch screen display of the multifunction mobile phone is further configured with a screen comprising a first signature entry window, a second signature entry window, and a third signature entry window,wherein a first signature, a second signature and a third signature are associated with respective windows and the screen being displayed on additional multifunction mobile phones;

    wherein a server synchronizes signatures; and

    wherein signing is done in parallel or sequentially on separate screens amongst the multifunction mobile phone and the additional multifunction mobile phones such that the signatures are placed on a virtual document for interactive verification.
