1. A device comprising:

  • an elongate self-expandable member expandable from a first delivery position to a second position, in the first delivery position the self-expandable member being in an unexpanded position and having a first nominal diameter and in the second position the self-expandable member being in a radially expanded position and having a second nominal diameter greater than the first nominal diameter for deployment within a vessel or duct of a patient, the self-expandable member comprising a plurality of cell structures, the self-expandable member having a proximal end portion with a proximal end and an elongate cylindrical main body portion, the proximal end portion located adjacent and proximal to the elongate cylindrical main body portion, the cell structures in the elongate cylindrical main body portion extending circumferentially around a longitudinal axis of the self-expandable member, the cell structures in the proximal end portion extending less than circumferentially around the longitudinal axis of the self-expandable member, the cell structures in the proximal end portion comprising a first set of outer-most cell structures and a second set of outer-most cell structures, each of the first and second set of outer-most cell structures having in common a proximal-most cell structure located at a proximal end of the proximal end portion, the first set of outer-most cell structures include first outer-most wall segments, the second set of outer-most cell structures include second outer-most wall segments, each of the first and second outer-most wall segments forming first and second rail segments, respectively, that each extend from a position at or near a proximal-most end of the self-expandable member to a position at or near the elongate cylindrical main body portion, the proximal-most cell structure of the proximal end portion having first and second outer-most wall segments that extend distally from a proximal antenna, each of the first and second outer-most wall segments of the proximal-most cell structure having a width and/or thickness dimension greater than the width and/or thickness dimension, respectively, of the wall segments that form the remainder of the cell structures in the proximal end portion, the proximal-most cell structure being a closed four-sided structure when the self-expandable member is cut and laid flat on a surface, the closed four-sided structure comprising the first outer-most wall segment, the second outer-most wall segment, a first inner wall segment and a second inner wall segment, the first inner wall segment extending distally from the first outer-most wall segment, the second inner wall segment extending distally from the second outer-most wall segment, other than the first and second outer-most wall segments of the proximal-most cell structure each of the first and second inner wall segments of the proximal-most cell structure having a width and/or thickness dimension greater than the width and/or thickness dimension, respectively, of the wall segments that form the remainder of the cell structures in the proximal end portion.
