1. An implant for location within a bone cavity, the implant comprising:

  • a plurality of separate, interlaced wires that extend from a first end along a longitudinal axis to a second end, each of the wires having a first free end, a second free end and a loop, the loop being formed at the first end between the first free end and the second free end, the first free end and the second free end extending away from the loop toward the second end;

    a clamp comprising a support ring and an outer ring, the outer ring being spaced radially from the support ring, the support ring having an outer surface and the outer ring having an inner surface, and wherein the first free end and the second free end of each of the the plurality of wires is disposed between the outer surface of the support ring and the inner surface of the outer ring; and

    a clip having at least a first finger and a second finger, the first finger extending through the the first loop and the second finger extending through the second loop.
