- a body comprising a wheel to move;
a motor to drive the wheel;
a battery to supply a power to at least the motor;
a communication unit to communicate with another component, the communication unit to receive information related to energy; and
a control unit to receive the information related to the energy from the communication unit, wherein the control unit determines whether to charge the battery based on the information related to energy,wherein when the information related to energy indicates a low-cost energy period, the control unit causes a charging amount per unit time of the battery to increase during at least a portion of the low-cost energy period.
