1. A method in a Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) system comprising:
- establishing, by a streaming IFrame definition, a streaming HTTP connection between a client browser and a proxy server in response to data request from the client browser to one or more web servers connected to the proxy server;
scanning HTML of an IFrame application for one or more data update markers of HTML elements requiring real-time updates;
receiving continually at the client browser, over the streaming HTTP connection, the requested data included in a pushed streamed set of HTTP responses with a response size of the requested data set to a non-specified value from the proxy server;
wherein the streaming IFrame examines the pushed stream set of HTTP responses for data updates and modifies the HTML elements with latest data updates via DHTML; and
dynamically updating at the client browser the requested data corresponding to the one or more update markers for display in real-time without user refresh until the client browser is disconnected from the one or more web servers.
