1. A method to display a projected parametric curve upon a transparent windscreen head-up display, the method comprising:

  • monitoring a desired parametric curve to be projected upon the transparent windscreen, the desired parametric curve comprising a plurality of control points and a plurality of graphic segments based upon the control points, wherein each graphic segment is between adjacent pairs of the control points and comprising an equal magnitude of luminance intensity to be output from a light source regardless of a distance between adjacent pairs of the control points;

    for each graphic segment;

    monitoring at least one of a respective effective scan length and a respective radius of curvature, the respective effective scan length equal to the distance between a respective adjacent pair of control points, anddetermining a respective luminance indicator indicative of a magnitude of luminance directly proportional to at least one of the monitored respective effective scan length and the monitored respective radius of curvature;

    when a variance is determined between the respective luminance indicators for at least two of the graphic segments comprising the equal magnitude of luminance intensity to be output from the light source, modifying the desired parametric curve to be projected based on utilizing each of the respective luminance indicators to command uniform luminance among the plurality of graphic segments; and

    projecting the projected parametric curve upon the transparent windscreen based on the modified desired parametric curve.
