1. An apparatus comprising:

  • a bulkhead assembly including two-or-more isolated bulkhead conductive paths, the bulkhead assembly being a structure of a connector that interfaces externally for the connector and provides a sealing function to components of the connector;

    a non-bulkhead assembly including two-or-more isolated non-bulkhead conductive paths, the non-bulkhead assembly being a structure of the connector included in the components for which the bulkhead assembly provides external interfacing and sealing function; and

    a flexible coupling between each of the two-or-more isolated bulkhead conductive paths and each of the two-or-more isolated non-bulkhead conductive paths, the flexible coupling including a flexible sleeve substantially surrounding a flexible member, the flexible member separated from a conductive flexible member in the non-bulkhead assembly by a flexible insulative material, wherein the bulkhead assembly, the non-bulkhead assembly, and the flexible coupling are arranged as part of a connector.
