1. A radiopaque stent, comprising:
- a tubular body comprising a cobalt-chromium alloy including cobalt and chromium, the cobalt-chromium alloy including tungsten as a radiopaque element, the radiopaque element being about 30 percent by weight of the cobalt-chromium alloy;
wherein the cobalt-chromium alloy further comprises manganese, the manganese being present in a concentration of up to about 5% by weight, wherein the cobalt-chromium alloy is substantially free of molybdenum, the cobalt-chromium alloy includes one of silicon, phosphorus, carbon, and sulfur being present in a concentration of greater than 0 percent and less than about 1 percent by weight.
