1. A method comprising:

  • providing ballistocardiogram (BCG) measurements from a user while the user is standing on a BCG device;

    sensing and capturing information, including signals indicative of physical movement of the user while the user is standing on the BCG device, and providing therefrom captured signals, wherein the signals are indicative of and attributable to noise or interference that is present in the BCG measurements while the user is standing on the BCG device; and

    using a processor circuit to perform a step of assessing the signals, which are indicative of the physical movement of the user while the user is standing on the BCG device, as a function of the captured signals; and

    in response to the step of assessing the signals, providing filtered or gated recordings of the BCG measurements for BCG diagnostics information.
