- a plurality of wheels of one of a train and a trailer, wherein at least one wheel has a first circumferential surface in contact with a train rail, and a second circumferential surface which has a first plurality of gear teeth thereon; and
at least one power generator for generating power and connected to a rotating shaft having a second plurality of gear teeth configured to engage with the first plurality of gear teeth of the at least one wheel,wherein the at least one power generator is located adjacent to the at least one wheel.
