1. An induction heating cooker, comprising:
- an outer casing for the induction heating cooker;
a plate for covering a top portion of the outer casing;
a heating coil for inductively heating a heating-target object placed on the plate; and
an inverter device for supplying the heating coil with a high frequency current, wherein the outer casing has;
a container receptacle that forms a container portion containing the inverter device, and that is inserted into an opening formed at a top board; and
a flange that is formed to extend in an outward direction from a top portion of the container receptacle, and that is placed on the top board surrounding the opening, and whereina heating coil container space for containing one portion of the heating coil is formed above the top board between the flange and the plate, and the one portion of the heating coil is disposed in the heating coil container space.

The induction heating cooker has an outer casing including a flange extending in an outward direction from a top portion of a container receptacle, with a heating coil container space being provided between the flange and a plate, such that one portion of each of the heating coils is disposed in the heating coil container space.
