- instantiating a user profile that at least causes applications to operate on the mobile device;
deactivating one or more applications on the mobile device upon receiving a deactivation cue contingent on a first probability calculated by the mobile device that the mobile device is exceeding a maximum velocity in accordance with the user profile, the deactivation cue including at least deactivating one or more applications on the mobile device contingent on a first probability calculation that determines at least velocity using at least a derivative; and
reactivating the one or more applications on the mobile device automatically contingent on a second probability calculated by the mobile device that the mobile device is no longer exceeding the maximum velocity.
