1. An indication mechanism for an automatic applicator, particularly for insulin or other liquid preparations, particularly for multiple injection administration of set doses of a medicine from an exchangeable container, comprising:

  • an applicator housing;

    an assembly of at least two barrels arranged in the applicator housing and movably coupled to each other, wherein one barrel is an indication barrel mounted on the other barrel, the other barrel being a driving barrel, directly inside the applicator housing, the indication barrel containing a dose scale on an external surface, characterised in that the indication barrel containing the dose scale on its external surface is mounted slidingly, co-axially and lengthwise in the applicator housing, by a splined coupling, directly on an external surface of the driving barrel, without touching an internal side of the applicator housing, and the indication barrel, at a distal ending being co-axially and directly coupled to a separate pull-push control nut, the pull-push control nut being mounted rotatably on the driving barrel coaxially and lengthwise, wherein the indication barrel functions to indicate the set dose, and functions separately from the dose setting mechanism.
