1. A tissue treatment assembly, comprising:

  • an elongate catheter extending along a longitudinal axis and defining a fluid lumen therethrough, the elongate catheter terminating at a distal opening in communication with the fluid lumen;

    a fluid barrier projecting distally of the distal opening of the catheter and configurable between a low profile and a deployed profile, wherein in the deployed profile, the fluid barrier defines an open area in fluid communication with the distal opening of the catheter and includes a distal membrane extending in a plane that intersects the longitudinal axis, the distal membrane defining at least one aperture such that the open area is in communication with an environment external to the fluid barrier; and

    at least one arm member formed from a polymeric assembly extending distally along the fluid barrier and at least partially upon the distal membrane.
