ii) assignment of each of said at least one secondary cell to a cell group in a plurality of cell groups, said plurality of cell groups comprising(1) a primary cell group comprising a first subset of said plurality of cells, said subset comprising said primary cell; and
(2) a secondary cell group comprising a second subset of said at least one secondary cell;
iii) configuration of at least one random access channel;
iv) configuration of at least on uplink data channel on said plurality of cells; and
v) configuration of an uplink control channel of said primary cell;
b) receiving, by said wireless device, a control command for transmission of a random access preamble on a first cell in said plurality of cells, a fourth packet being scheduled for parallel uplink transmission with said random access preamble transmission, said fourth packet being any one of the following packets;
i) a first control packet on said uplink control channel;
ii) a second packet comprising uplink control information on an uplink data channel in said at least one uplink channel; and
iii) a third packet on an uplink data channel of said plurality of cells; and
c) transmitting, by said wireless device, said random access preamble on one of said at least one random access channel; and
d) transmitting, by said wireless device, said fourth packet in parallel with said random access preamble, unless said random access preamble and said fourth packet are scheduled for transmission in the same cell group.

Abstract
A wireless device receives a control command for transmission of a random access preamble on a first cell in the plurality of cells. A fourth packet is scheduled for parallel uplink transmission with the random access preamble transmission. The fourth packet is one of a first control packet, a second packet and a third packet. The wireless device transmits the random access preamble. The wireless device transmits the fourth packet in parallel with the random access preamble, unless the random access preamble and the fourth packet are scheduled for transmission in the same cell group.
