a first retention member having a cylindrical sleeve and a hook, the sleeve aligned substantially coaxially with the first axis of rotation for rotational movement of the first retention member thereabout; and
a second retention member slidably coupled to the first retention member for translational displacement in a direction along the first axis of rotation between an engaged position and a disengaged position and configured such that when the second retention member is in the engaged position the second retention member cooperates with the hook of the first retention member to enable the attachment device to retain a handle of a pull cart.
