1. A method for providing patient-specific blood flow information using at least a computer system and a portable computer including a touchscreen, the method comprising:

  • receiving over an electronic network, at the computer system, patient-specific data including images of at least a portion of a patient'"'"'s anatomy;

    generating, based on the received patient-specific data, a three-dimensional model representing at least a portion of an anatomical structure of a patient, and a reduced-order model of the portion of the anatomical structure;

    displaying the three-dimensional model on the touchscreen of the portable computer;

    receiving at the portable computer a user intervention input indicating a potential treatment of the anatomical structure and initiating a modification of the reduced-order model;

    calculating at least one blood flow characteristic based on the received user intervention input and the modification of the reduced-order model; and

    displaying the calculated at least one blood flow characteristic on the touchscreen of the portable computer.
