1. A light-emitting device comprising:

  • a circuit board to which external electric power is supplied;

    a light emitting diode that is electrically connected onto the circuit board and emits light based on electric power from the circuit board;

    a housing formed into a frame shape, wherein an upper part of the frame shape is open, and the housing is provided on the circuit board so as to surround the light emitting diode without being in contact therewith and so that the upper end portion of the housing is positioned above the upper end portion of the light emitting diode;

    a fluorescent laminate provided on the housing so as to be spaced apart from the light emitting diode, anda sealant filled in the housing,whereinthe fluorescent laminate includesa first fluorescent layer that emits fluorescent light anda second fluorescent layer that emits fluorescent light having a wavelength that is longer than that of the first fluorescent layer, andthe second fluorescent layer is made of a resin in which a phosphor is dispersed and disposed on the housing so as to be spaced apart from the light emitting diode and to be in contact with the sealant,the first fluorescent layer is made of a phosphor ceramic and laminated on the second fluorescent layer,the first fluorescent layer has a thickness of 100 to 500 μ

    m, andthe second fluorescent layer has a thickness of 20 to 50 μ

    m.
