1. A pivot mechanism for adjusting a position of an electronic display, the pivot mechanism comprising:

  • a first structural member including a first planar member extending between two side members;

    a second structural member including;

    a first side;

    a second side parallel to the first side; and

    a third side extending between the first and second sides, the third side including a second planar member,wherein the first structural member is pivotally attached to the second structural member about a tilt axis, wherein the first structural member is coupled to an electronic display mounting bracket;

    at least one torsion spring positioned about the tilt axis and having a first leg and a second leg, the first leg engaging the first structural member;

    an adjustment plate engaging the second leg of the torsion spring,ustment plate configured to adjust a position of the second leg; and

    a tilt adjust screw having a longitudinal axis extending parallel to the third side of the second structural member, the tilt adjust screw extending through the adjustment plate, the tilt adjust screw moveably coupling the adjustment plate to the second structural member along an axis generally perpendicular to the tilt axis.
