    (2) water, wherein the equivalent ratio of isocyanate functional groups of the isocyanate functional prepolymer to water ranges from 1;

    0.05 wherein urea linkages or units are formed by reacting the isocyanate functional groups of the isocyanate functional urethane prepolymer with water to 1;

    0.5, to form an isocyanate functional ureaurethane prepolymer; and

    (b) at least one polyisocyanate and at least one aliphatic polyol, wherein the aliphatic polyol is selected from the group consisting of ethylene glycol, diethylene glycol, triethylene glycol, 1,2-ethanediol, propanediol, butanediol, pentanediol, hexanediol, heptanediol, octanediol, nonanediol, decanediol, dodecane diol, sorbitol, mannitol, cyclopentanediol, 1,4-cyclohexanediol, cyclohexanedimethanol, 1,4-benzenedimethanol, xylene glycol, hydroxybenzyl alcohol, dihydroxytoluene, 1,4-bis(hydroxyethyl)piperazine, N,N′
