1. A base station comprising:

  • one or more communication interfaces;

    one or more processors; and

    memory storing instructions that, when executed, cause said base station to;

    transmit, to a wireless device, an RRC message comprising configuration parameters of first radio resources of an enhanced physical downlink control channel (ePDCCH), said first radio resources comprising multiple sets of resource blocks in a subset of subframes in a plurality of subframes, said configuration parameters comprising;

    a configuration parameter indicating said subset of subframes in which said first radio resources are configured;

    a first starting symbol parameter for both said ePDCCH and a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) in said subset of subframes, said first starting symbol being applicable to each subframe in said subset of subframes indicated in said RRC message; and

    transmit on said ePDCCH first scheduling information for a first packet;

    receive said first packet; and

    transmit a positive or negative acknowledgement in a first subframe in said plurality of subframes on second radio resources of a feedback channel, said second radio resources starting from the first symbol of said first subframe and having a duration of one or three symbols; and

    wherein said configuration parameters further comprise an array of parameters, each element in said array comprising frequency resource parameters for a set of resource blocks in said multiple sets of resource blocks.
