1. A method of treating a vertebra, comprising:
- (a) inserting a delivery device into an interior of a vertebra, the delivery device having at least one extrusion aperture formed in a sidewall thereof;
(b) introducing bone cement into the bone through the at least one extrusion aperture, the bone cement exiting through the at least one extrusion aperture at an angle of less than 90 degrees relative to a longitudinal axis of the delivery device.
