Base station, mobile station and common information communicating method
First Claim
1. A base station for transmitting common information which is used in common by plural mobile stations operating at different frequencies, comprising:
- a common information generating unit configured to generate the common information including common control information and information indicating that the common control information is changed;
a lower-layer control information generating unit configured to generate lower-layer control information indicating a radio resource where the common information is to be placed;
a multiplexing unit configured to multiplex the lower-layer control information into each of a plurality of frequency blocks included within a system bandwidth and multiplex the common information into one or more frequency blocks, the system bandwidth being divided into the plurality of frequency blocks each corresponding to a minimum value of maximum transmission and reception bandwidths used by the plural mobile stations, and the number of the one or more frequency blocks being smaller than the number of frequency blocks including the lower-layer control information; and
a transmitting unit configured to transmit the multiplexed lower-layer control information and common information at said different frequencies.

Abstract
A base station for transmitting common information which is used in common by plural mobile stations includes a common information generating unit configured to generate the common information; a lower-layer control information generating unit configured to generate lower-layer control information indicating a radio resource where the common information is to be placed; a multiplexing unit configured to multiplex the lower-layer control information and the common information into one or more frequency blocks among a plurality of frequency blocks included within a system bandwidth, the system bandwidth being divided into the plurality of frequency blocks each corresponding to a minimum value of maximum transmission and reception bandwidths used by the plural mobile stations; and a transmitting unit configured to transmit the multiplexed lower-layer control information and common information.

4. A mobile station for receiving from a base station common information which is used in common by plural mobile stations operating at different frequencies, comprising:
-
a lower-layer control information receiving unit configured to receive lower-layer control information which is multiplexed into each frequency block among a plurality of frequency blocks included within a system bandwidth, the system bandwidth being divided into the plurality of frequency blocks each corresponding to a minimum value of maximum transmission and reception bandwidths used by the plural mobile stations; and a common information receiving unit configured to receive the common information which is multiplexed into one or more frequency blocks based on the lower-layer control information, the common information including common control information and information indicating that the common control information is changed, the number of the one or more frequency blocks being smaller than the number of frequency blocks including the lower-layer control information. - View Dependent Claims (5)

6. A common information communicating method for transmitting from a base station to a mobile station common information which is used in common by plural mobile stations operating at different frequencies, comprising the steps of:
-
generating, by the base station, the common information including common control information and information indicating that the common control information is changed; generating, by the base station, lower-layer control information indicating a radio resource where the common information is to be placed; multiplexing, by the base station, the lower-layer control information into each of a plurality of frequency blocks included within a system bandwidth and multiplexing the common information into one or more frequency blocks, the system bandwidth being divided into the plurality of frequency blocks each corresponding to a minimum value of maximum transmission and reception bandwidths used by the plural mobile stations, and the number of the one or more frequency blocks being smaller than the number of frequency blocks including the lower-layer control information; transmitting, by the base station, the multiplexed lower-layer control information and common information at said different frequencies; receiving, by the mobile station, the lower-layer control information; and receiving, by the mobile station, the common information based on the lower-layer control information.
