1. A method for discovering resources, comprising:

  • identifying, by at least one processor, one or more geographically fixed transceivers with which a mobile device is in communication and through which the mobile device can communicate with other devices;

    identifying, by the at least one processor, a context associated with the mobile device or a user of the mobile device;

    identifying, by the at least one processor without regard to a signal strength or strengths experienced between the mobile device and the one or more transceivers, a resource geographically associated with the identified one or more transceivers and contextually associated, based on the identified context, with the mobile device or the user of the mobile device, wherein identifying the resource comprises accessing a data structure including entries each correlating a corresponding transceiver to data of one or more resources; and

    causing a display by the mobile device of data corresponding to the identified resource.
