1. A universal integrated circuit card, comprising:

  • a memory that stores executable instructions; and

    a processor, communicatively coupled to the memory, that facilitates execution of the executable instructions to perform operations, comprising;

    storing data representing a registration rejection notification associated with a mobile device in the memory;

    determining an action based on the data;

    enabling remote access, to be performed using a server, to the data associated with the registration rejection notification;

    facilitating performance of the action using the universal integrated circuit card;

    sending the data representing the registration rejection notification to the server for analysis; and

    facilitating, based on an output from an artificial intelligence process, a dithering process performed by the universal integrated circuit card.
