1. A system configured to prioritize incoming emergency calls for emergency operators, the system comprising:

  • one or more processors configured to execute computer program modules, the computer program modules comprising;

    a call monitor module configured to monitor incoming emergency calls being placed to an emergency call center, wherein the incoming emergency calls include a first call and a second call;

    a location module configured to obtain geographical locations associated with the incoming emergency calls such that, responsive to the first call being placed to the emergency call center, the location module obtains a first geographical location associated with the first call, and such that, responsive to the second call being placed to the emergency call center, the location module obtains a second geographical location associated with the second call;

    a context module configured to obtain context information associated with the incoming emergency calls that describes the contexts in which the incoming emergency calls are placed, wherein context information is based on one or more geographical locations wherein the context module is configured such that, responsive to the first call being placed to the emergency call center, the context module obtains a first set of context information associated with the first call that describes a first context in which the first call is placed and includes the first geographical location, and such that, responsive to the second call being placed to the emergency call center, the context module obtains a second set of context information associated with the second call that describes a second context in which the second call is placed and includes the second geographical location;

    a priority module configured to determine priority information that indicates priority for incoming emergency calls for presentation to emergency operators based on the context information such that, responsive to the first call and the second call being placed to the emergency call center, a relative priority between the first call and the second call is determined for presentation to an emergency operator based on the first set of context information and the second set of context information, wherein determination of the relative priority is further based on the first geographical location and the second geographical location; and

    a presentation module configured to present incoming emergency calls to emergency operators in accordance with the priorities determined by the priority module such that, responsive to the first call and the second call being placed to the emergency call center, the first call and second call are presented to an emergency operator in accordance with the relative priority determined by the priority module.
