1. An image capture apparatus comprising:
- a first shake detection unit configured to detect a shake of said image capture apparatus;
a rotational shake calculation unit configured to calculate a rotational shake amount based on an output of said first shake detection unit;
a second shake detection unit configured to detect the shake of said image capture apparatus by a method different from that of said first shake detection unit;
a translational shake calculation unit configured to calculate a translational shake amount based on the output of said first shake detection unit and an output of said second shake detection unit;
a correction amount calculation unit configured to calculate, based on the rotational shake amount and the translational shake amount, a correction amount for correcting image blurring of an image; and
a correction unit configured to correct the image blurring based on a calculation result of said correction amount calculation unit,wherein said rotational shake calculation unit calculates a first translational motion component and perspective component using the rotational shake amount, and the first translational motion component is a translational motion component of image blurring generated in a captured image due to a rotational shake, andwherein said correction amount calculation unit calculates a second translational motion component based on the first translational motion component and the translational shake amount, and the second translational motion component is a translational motion component of image blurring generated in the captured image due to the rotational shake and a translational shake.

11. A control method for an image capture apparatus, comprising:

a first shake detection step of detecting a shake of the image capture apparatus; a rotational shake calculation step of calculating a rotational shake amount based on an output in the first shake detection step; a second shake detection step of detecting the shake of the image capture apparatus by a method different from that in the first shake detection step; a translational shake calculation step of calculating a translational shake amount based on the output in the first shake detection step and an output in the second shake detection unit; a correction amount calculation step of calculating, based on the rotational shake amount and the translational shake amount, a correction amount for correcting image blurring of an image; and a correction step of correcting the image blurring based on a calculation result in the correction amount calculation step, wherein in the rotational shake calculation step, a first translational motion component and perspective component are calculated using the rotational shake amount, and the first translational motion component is a translational motion component of image blurring generated in a captured image due to a rotational shake, and wherein in the correction amount calculation step, a second translational motion component is calculated based on the first translational motion component and the translational shake amount, and the second translational motion component is a translational motion component of image blurring generated in the captured image due to the rotational shake and a translational shake.
