1. A lighting arrangement comprising:

  • at least one light source for generating light having a selected dominant wavelength comprising a plurality LEDs comprising at least one first LED from a first wavelength bin and at least one second LED from a second wavelength bin, wherein the first wavelength bin comprises LEDs having a dominant wavelength that is within a first wavelength range and the second wavelength bin comprises LEDs having a dominant wavelength that is within a second wavelength range; and

a wavelength conversion component located remotely to the at least one source and operable to convert at least a portion of the light generated by the at least one source to light of a different wavelength, wherein the emission product of the arrangement comprises the combination of light generated by the source and the wavelength conversion component; and

wherein the wavelength conversion component comprises a light transmissive substrate and at least one photoluminescence material.
